As you know, I've been carrying around this [Treo](http://web.palm.com/products/smartphones/treo650/?cid=reprise_google_treo/Treo_650) phone, which is Too Much Phone For Me To Handle, for over a year now without reading the owner's manual, (because the book is 5x5" and 3" thick.) However, it has dawned on me that one of it's computer/notebook features is a programmable calendar. Hmmm...not having to carry around another item...when I already carry the phone with me everyplace...tempting. So, I spent awhile this evening adding my prenatal appts and the kids' next session rec. classes to the calendar, which, (I loved this) allows me to enter weekly items once and it repeats them as needed. And, best of all, the savant can 'beam' using "Bluetooth" (ask him what that is) from my phone to his (and vice versa) so we *both* know what's going on with the each other, the kids, etc.
This may play havoc with the household tradition of Whichever parent gets their scheduled stuff on the calendar first can count on the other to either be home or arrange childcare if they also something going. (Hey, it happens enough that we had to make a rule to avoid squabbling.) Can the Bluetooth do a 'beam-off', dear?
