Roll Call! (testing)
So the Savant got this great spam comment filter and now I'm wondering if it's too great and eating any real comments that have been left. Or maybe nobody cares enough to comment :sad: (How's that for co-dependent, passive-almost-aggressive blogging?) :evil: Seriously, if you have a user account, please test it by leaving a comment.
Or if you WANT a user account, leave a comment and I'll search for it in the Land of Comment Approval Queue, then send you a user ID. You can leave your e-mail, what you want your ID to be (i.e. Mama Dee or Scooter) AND what you want your password to be, and I'll just edit that out of the comment before I publish it.
And now, after getting your hopes up to read SOMETHING OF SUBSTANCE, instead I'm off to go over the 7X table with the girl and subtraction within 20 with the boy. It's a too, too glamorous life, I tell you.
But next week I've committed to doing a bowel cleanse, (more than you ever wanted to know, I'll bet.) at the same time that a group of homeschool moms will also be doing various cleanses so we can support one another; a cleanse club, as it were. THAT should make for some interesting kvetching, doncha think? :sick:

It does work!
But it works best when you sign in with your user ID and password. Then your comment will post right away and won't languish in the approval file waiting for me to look for it. If you don't remember your ID/password, just let me know and I can either call you with it, or resend it to your e-mail.

Hey, I did leave a comment when I first got back to Oz but it didn't seem to post. So I'll try again and email if it doesn't. (Well actually I should email anyway because I didn't fully respond to your last one!!)
Life here is hot and muggy as summer comes our way. Plus lots of bushfires so often hazy smoky days. May even have a white Christmas again although ashes don't make good snowballs for fights!!
Tell the little ones that Uncle Scooters powers are growing. When I got back Australia had it's first snowfall in November in many years AND icebergs were seen off the coast of New Zealand. I'm Mr. White Christmas.... (Oh and I'm cute, I'm cute she says I'm cuuuuttteee!!)

Hey! I tried posting a couple times with me logged in but it keeps giving me the message that my input is flagged as spam. I'm trying without being logged in to see if it works. If this doesn't work, I will email (actually should email anyway because I never fully responded to your last one.) Here goes.
Anyway, life here is getting muggy and hot. Summer is definitely on it's way. Plus there are heaps of bushfires which makes some days hazy with smoke. We may end up with a white Christmas this year. However, falling ash doesn't make for good snowball fights.
